Bullet vacuum "Kenmore Commander" post war ~ Tom's Candy Jar

My favorite find this week ,1940s "Kenmore Commander" Bullet vacuum Cleaner!
introduced in 1939 , sold through 1950's, followed the post war trend of household objects designed of bullets or bombs, a subtle reference to USA military might,..just love stuff like this!

Road Trip! Junkin all the Way & Back

Mark & I headed out to Jesup Ga. to visit Family then off to Brunswick & Jekyll Island. I Tell ya .. a nice walk on the beach & toes in the Ocean.. a wonderful way to spend a day :) Oh & of course.. spent much time a Junkin!
